Website terms of use
Last updated 11 August 2026
Who operates this site
Laser Waste Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Laser Waste.
These terms cover the website, not our services
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create an agreement between us. Collection, carriage and recovery of waste are provided only under our terms and conditions for waste collection services, agreed in writing before any material moves. Where this page and that agreement differ, that agreement governs the services.
The information here is general
We describe what we collect and how we work so you can decide whether to talk to us. None of it is legal, regulatory or technical advice, and none of it is a determination about any particular material.
In particular, nothing on this site classifies your waste. Whether a stream is hazardous, and what transport category it falls into, depends on its actual composition and condition and is assessed against evidence for each consignment. Do not rely on anything here in place of that assessment, and do not treat our general descriptions as confirmation that a specific drum is safe to move, store or open.
Acceptable use
You may read this site, and use the enquiry form to contact us about our services. You may not:
- submit anything false, misleading or sent on someone else's behalf without authority;
- use the form to send unsolicited marketing, or to collect our contact details for that purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities;
- submit material containing malware, or upload a file you have no right to share with us;
- use automated means to submit the form, scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, or circumvent the anti-spam or rate-limiting measures we apply;
- copy, republish or exploit the content commercially without our written permission.
We may withdraw access, block a connection or decline to respond to an enquiry where we reasonably believe this section has been breached. Serious misuse of a computer system is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and we will report it.
What you send us
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate as far as you know, that you are entitled to send it, and that any file you attach may be shared with us for the purpose of assessing your enquiry.
Please do not send anything commercially sensitive through the form. It is a contact form, not a secure channel, and the details you send reach us by email. If you need to share drawings, specifications, analytical results or anything else confidential, tell us and we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
We do not claim ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you go on to ask for. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and arrangement of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally when considering our services. You may not otherwise reproduce or republish it, or use our name or logo, without our written consent.
Availability
We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. If you need to reach us urgently and the site is unavailable, use the contact details in the footer of any page.
Our liability for this website
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided free and for information: we exclude all implied warranties as to the site and its content to the fullest extent the law allows; we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information here, as opposed to a written assessment we have given you; and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however caused.
This section is about the website. Our liability for the services we actually perform is dealt with in the terms and conditions for waste collection services, and nothing here reduces it.
You are a business user. The consumer protections in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply to your use of this site.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site — a public register, a regulator, or guidance — we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
